The Amazfit brand from Huami, a long-time partner of Xiaomi, is preparing to announce not only the Amazfit Helio Strap bracelet, which we discussed just yesterday, but also the new Amazfit Active 2 Square smartwatch.
Moreover, listings on the online platforms Walmart and Celcom Mexico have already revealed the appearance and key details of the Amazfit Active 2 Square smartwatch, the official launch of which is expected in June 2025.
In particular, the Amazfit Active 2 Square watch has a 1.75-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 390 x 450 pixels, a stainless steel bezel, two buttons and a sapphire crystal to protect the screen.
The watch will be supplied with two straps, one leather and one silicone, and the dimensions of the Active 2 Square will not exceed 43.2 x 36.9 x 9 mm with a weight of 31.4 grams.
It is expected that the new product will include a biometric BioTracker 6.0 PPG sensor, support more than 160 sports modes and use the PulsePrecision heart rate tracking algorithm.
The battery capacity is 260 mAh, the claimed battery life is up to five days with intensive use, but it has not yet been confirmed whether this model will include an NFC module.
