As you know, Xiaomi is preparing to release a new version of its HyperOS 2.0 software platform, the first builds of which are already being tested, and in this material we decided to collect all the information known to date about HyperOS 2.0.
The main innovations of Xiaomi HyperOS 2.0

But here you need to keep in mind that a number of major changes and animation effects will only be supported on high-performance Xiaomi, Redmi and Poco devices based on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset and higher.
Also in HyperOS 2.0, the Xiaomi Smart Hub is expected to appear, presence detection functions, contactless gesture control, Wild Boost in the Game Turbo service, as well as improved image quality in the Gallery, and we wrote more about these “chips” in this article.

Note that the above functions were announced back at the HyperOS 1.0 presentation, but have not yet appeared, or at least are not available on all of the company’s devices and are not fully available.
International versions of Xiaomi and Redmi smartphones are also already known, for which global Xiaomi HyperOS 2.0 updates will be released first. We are talking about the following models:

At the same time, earlier Xiaomi, Redmi and Poco devices also have a good chance to get HyperOS 2.0, but for many of them it will be built on the Android 14 operating system, which was already outdated at that time.
