In the near future, Xiaomi will release a new series of flagship smartphones of its subsidiary brand Redmi, which will initially consist of models Redmi K80, Redmi K80 Pro and possibly Redmi K80E, and today a spy photo appeared online showing the basic Redmi K80.
At the same time, serious changes are expected in terms of the appearance of the Redmi K80 family of devices – back in the summer, information appeared that Xiaomi had decided to replace the rectangular rear camera unit with a washer-shaped one, and the published snapshot confirmed this data.
Despite the fact that the smartphone is in a case, the round block of the main camera is clearly visible, noticeably shifted to the side, as well as disproportionately placed image sensors in it. In addition, it seems that the Redmi K80 devices will receive flat faces in the style of iPhone devices.
It is still known that the Redmi K80 and Redmi K80 Pro will be built on top-end Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processors andSnapdragon 8 Elite, respectively, which implies a very decent performance of the upcoming new products.
The exact release date of the Redmi K80 line of flagships has not yet been announced by the manufacturer, but insiders say that their official premiere may take place before the end of November.
