Recall that with HyperOS 2, Xiaomi specialists are introducing three “major technological innovations” for compatible models at once (list) — a completely redesigned HyperCore core, which is increasingly moving away from Android, advanced HyperConnect technology, as well as AI-related algorithms that are registered throughout the system.

As the manufacturer suggests, such functionality will add “fresh experience in functionality, intelligent connection to ecosystem devices and AI interaction” to Xiaomi, Redmi and Poco devices.

HyperOS 2 comes with accelerated application launch, advanced management of RAM and internal memory and I/O resources, redesigned rendering, and “continuous technological breakthroughs in Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and 5G” to “guarantee network connectivity in all scenarios without blind spots.”

With HyperOS 2, users will receive a new “movie-like” AI-related lock screen, dynamic wallpapers, an updated home screen with “visual updates and customizable content” for “more and richer widgets,” as well as new and smoother animations and a new three-dimensional representation of the weather in the Weather app.
