Xiaomi developers are slowly rolling out stable global updates with a new version of their proprietary HyperOS software platform (already released builds) and have released a global HyperOS 2 build for Xiaomi 13T.
The latest HyperOS 2 update for Xiaomi 13T, which is numbered 2.0.2.0.VMFMIXM and is based on Android 15, is currently being distributed only to users participating in the Mi Pilot testing program, but all owners of this model will receive the update a little later.
