The owners of Xiaomi, Redmi and Poco continue to complain about the fact that various applications on their device are connected to the Internet in the background and quite logically ask how to deal with this.
In fact, the HyperOS system has the ability to prohibit certain applications from accessing the Network in the background, and this is done quite simply.
Launch the Security system application, select Data Transfer – Network Connection Management, then click on the three vertical dots in the upper-right corner and select Background connections.
Here we will find a list of applications with a network connection in the background, and opposite each of them there is a switch that prohibits this program from accessing the Internet in the background.
P.S. Other instructions on configuring the HyperOS software platform and using its features on Xiaomi, Redmi and Poco devices are available on our website in this section.
