Just yesterday, we announced that on October 9th and 10th, the first stable builds of Xiaomi HyperOS 2.0 for four devices from the manufacturer will be released. However, according to updated data, these will not be stable updates, but beta versions. Or, as they say, stable betas.
We are talking about the following HyperOS 2.0 updates for Xiaomi and Redmi devices:
- OS2.0.0.12.VNCCNXM for Xiaomi 14 (released on October 9th)
- OS2.0.0.11.VNBCNXM for Xiaomi 14 Pro (released on October 9th)
- OS2.0.0.23.VNXCNXM for Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro (released on October 9th)
- OS2.0.0.17.VMLCNXM for Redmi K60 Ultra (released on October 10th)
In any case, the release of the HyperOS 2.0 test firmware data indicates that Xiaomi developers are actively working on a new version of their proprietary system and even more devices will start receiving it in October.

Of course, for now we are only talking about Chinese updates of HyperOS 2.0 – global builds will start to be released at the end of December at best, and most global versions of Xiaomi, Redmi and Poco smartphones and tablets will receive HyperOS 2.0 in the first quarter of 2025.
As a reminder, HyperOS 2.0 is an upcoming software update from Xiaomi that promises to make significant improvements and changes to the system. This major update is aimed at improving the overall user experience with new features and serious optimization.
