Xiaomi developers have shared another “HyperOS Optimization Report”, which is actually a list of problems in global HyperOS builds discovered by users this week and left over from previous times. And all of them are officially confirmed by the manufacturer.
The list of recent bugs in the global HyperOS firmware for Xiaomi, Redmi and Poco devices is quite extensive this time and, curiously, even includes beta versions of HyperOS 1.1, which were released as part of the HyperOS Experience Enhanced Beta testing program.
HyperOS Experience Enhanced Beta is actually the same HyperOS 1.0, on which experts test all the innovations and changes intended for the upcoming HyperOS 2.0.
We are talking about the following problems that owners of global Xiaomi, Redmi and Poco models complain about en masse:
1. When shooting videos on Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G and Poco X6 5G with Indonesian OS1.0.9.0.UNRIDXM firmware, there is a dropout of frames. The issue will be fixed in the next update.
2. When connecting Xiaomi 14T Pro with European OS1.0.11.0.UNNEUXM firmware to Android Auto, a black screen is displayed. The patch will be released soon.
3. Popular in India and not only the BGMI game on the Poco F6 smartphone with Indian OS1.0.6.0 firmware.UNPINXM does not work in 90 frames per second mode. The patch has been released, and user feedback is being monitored.
4. The problem with playing Instagram videos on Xiaomi 13T Pro with test firmware OS1.1.4.0.VMLEUXM.BETA and OS1.1.3.0.VMLMIXM.BETA is on board. The issue has been fixed in the new version of Instagram, please update the app to the latest version.
5. On Xiaomi 13T Pro with test builds OS1.1.4.0.VMLEUXM.BETA and OS1.1.3.0.VMLMIXM.The BETA touchscreen does not work when a green circle is displayed in the upper-right corner notifying that the camera is turned on. Status: The problem will be fixed in HyperOS V2, also known as HyperOS 2.0.

6. Multiple streaming apps cannot run simultaneously on “multiple devices,” but the most complaints are from owners of the Xiaomi Pad 6 tablet.
Decision:
As it turned out, the widevine key was not found. To restore it, go to Settings – About Phone, then tap Details and Specifications. After a few clicks on the Kernel Version and opening the engineering menu, select Update the security certificate and follow the instructions, then restart the device.
7. Problem: It is not possible to send SMS from a Remi Note 13 smartphone running OS1.0.5.0.UNHTRXM and OS1.0.7.0.UNGMIXM firmware. The problem is being analyzed.
8. Unable to answer when receiving a call on a Redmi Note 13 with OS1.0.5.0.UNHTRXM and OS1.0.7.0.UNGMIXM firmware. The problem is being analyzed.
9. AI functions do not work on Xiaomi 14T Pro with European OS1.0.11.0.UNNEUXM firmware on board. This was a server-side issue that has already been fixed.
10. Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G with OS1.0.9.0.UNOEUXM and OS1.0.8.0.UNOEUXM firmware cannot connect to Android Auto. The problem has been fixed.
11. DNS is disabled on its own – “multiple devices” with “multiple firmware versions” are affected. The problem is being analyzed, and users are advised to update GMS (Google Mobile Service) to the latest version.
