A Taiwanese company MediaTek, which is attacking the American one on all fronts TSMC has received a pair of high-performance Arm Cortex-A75 cores with a frequency of up to 2.0 GHz, six “small” Cortex-A55 cores with a frequency of 1.8 GHz, and a Cat LTE modem.-7 DL / Cat-13 UL, as well as an Arm Mali G52 MC2 graphics controller operating at 1000 MHz.
The MediaTek Helio G85 SoC, which the developer not quite modestly calls “gaming”, has also been equipped with wireless Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.0 modules, as well as a GPS receiver with support for the world navigation systems Beidou, Galileo and Glonass.
MediaTek Helio G85 supports screens with a resolution of up to 2520 x 1080 pixels, LPDDR4X RAM, eMMC 5.1 flash memory, 48-megapixel cameras and a large list of proprietary technologies, including CorePilot, NeuroPilot, Pump Express, Tiny Sensor Hub and HyperEngine Game Technology.
