By the way, specialists from the UBports non-profit organization have been working on the Ubuntu Touch mobile for quite a long time – they started doing this after Canonical developers abandoned its development.

As specified, the Ubuntu Touch OTA-6 build has added support for new generations of Android HAL (hardware abstraction levels) in order to support newer devices in the future.
In addition, the developers have significantly expanded the system’s capabilities, improved support for wireless displays on some models, fixed a number of identified bugs and vulnerabilities, and added 4G and 5G icons.
In addition, the developers shared information that Ubuntu Touch builds for OnePlus Nord N10 5G and Nord N100 are being prepared for release.
