Quite unexpectedly, an entry appeared in the IMEI database about the future flagship of the Poco brand sponsored by Xiaomi, which will receive the commercial name Poco F7 Pro and will become a global clone of the Redmi K80 model.
The upcoming Poco F7 Pro is catalog number 24122RKC7G, while the Redmi K80 has received the model number 24122RKC7C, which once again confirms the information that the Poco F7 Pro will be an international version of the Chinese Redmi K80, built on the top-end Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip.
In addition, the Poco F7 Pro and Redmi K80 will be codenamed miro, which refers to Joan Miro, an artist who was born in Barcelona, Spain, on April 20, 1893. Well, Xiaomi has a tradition of naming artists for some series of devices.
The release date of the Poco F7 Pro has not yet been announced for obvious reasons, but most likely, the Poco F7 and Poco F7 Pro smartphones will be introduced closer to May 2025.
