From December 31, 2024, the official website of the Poco trademark will be closed forever, but the brand will not disappear – everything will be transferred to Xiaomi websites, and user service will continue without interruption.
The news may seem scary on first reading, but it doesn’t really change anything for users. All customer support, products and services will be migrated to Xiaomi websites while maintaining the same functionality. From October 21, 2024, you will no longer be able to make purchases on Poco websites, but you can safely continue to do so on Xiaomi websites.
If you have accumulated coupons or Poco Points loyalty points, there is nothing to be afraid of – they will also be transferred to Xiaomi’s online resources, preserving their value and validity. The coupons will be reissued until December 12, 2024.

If you have placed orders, have active orders, or are concerned about reviews on the Poco website, this information will also be moved to the official Xiaomi website without the need for any additional actions.
If you try to visit the old domains after closing the Poco website, you will automatically be redirected to the corresponding Xiaomi resource, however, the proprietary Poco Store application will also close.
In short, Xiaomi has decided to more or less standardize its ecosystem, despite the fact that it has always tried to clarify that Xiaomi, Redmi and Poco are different entities.
