Xiaomi does not stop and continues to actively release new smartphone models under the Xiaomi, Redmi and Poco brands. Moreover, the manufacturer pays a lot of attention to devices from the top and middle segment, but does not forget about budget models.
For example, very affordable Redmi A5 and Poco C71 smartphones will soon appear on the shelves, which will be very similar in hardware, and today additional data has appeared on them.
To be more precise, insiders claim that the Redmi A5 and Poco C71 will be built on the Unisoc T615 single-chip system, which cannot boast of its overall performance. This chipset can already be seen in the Tecno Spark Go 1 model.
In particular, the Unisoc T615 is based on two Arn Cortex-A75 computing cores, six Cortex-A55 cores, an Arm Mali-G57 MP1 graphics controller, and a 12-nanometer processor.

Unfortunately, there is no more complete information yet, but according to rumors, they will receive IPS displays with a resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels with a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz, a modest main camera and a battery with a capacity of about 5,000 mAh with 18-watt charging. There are three versions promised – 3/64 GB, 4/64 GB and 6/128 GB.
Although the UniSOC T615 does not offer revolutionary performance, it is well suited to the target audience of entry-level smartphones. These devices will offer decent everyday functionality aimed at budget-conscious users.
