Recently, owners of Xiaomi, Redmi and Poco smartphones have begun to contact us more and more often with a complaint about an error in the application “System Interface” does not respond. These are mainly users of the Redmi Note series of devices.
The Redmi Laptop 13 Pro+ smartphone has such a problem: when the screen goes out and the device is locked, I can’t turn it on – it doesn’t respond to any clicks, the screen turns on itself, then turns off and turns on again, then goes out again.
At the same time, he writes that the System Interface Application is not responding and asks him to wait or disable it. When you click wait, the same thing happens – nothing works, and when you click connect, everything goes out.
Only restarting the device helps, and then after a while, the same story again stops responding to buttons and clicks on the display, tell me what the reason is.
In this case, the first step is to try to clear the cache of the system Interface. To do this, go to Settings – Applications – All applications, enter the System Interface in the search bar, go to the application page and click Clear Cache.
If this method does not solve the problem, we try to install the full version of the firmware on your Xiaomi, Redmi or Poco – how to do this was described in detail in this material.
If the full firmware did not help, you will have to reset the device to factory settings (Settings – About the phone – Reset settings – Erase all data), but do not forget to make a backup copy of the data first.
P.S. Other useful instructions on how to set up the HyperOS system and use its features on Xiaomi, Redmi and Poco devices can be found on our website in this section.
