Xiaomi developers have released a fairly large update to the System UI Plugin component from HyperOS 2.2, which, in addition to minor visually invisible improvements, brings a blur effect to the volume panel for Xiaomi devices with MediaTek processors (details).
Over time, System UI Plugin version 16.0.4.62.1 will be available on all compatible Xiaomi, Redmi and Poco smartphones, but impatient users can download the component APK file from this link and install it themselves.
Warning! Installing updates to the System UI Plugin component is at your own risk! It may cause unstable operation of the device!
If your Xiaomi, Redmi or Poco after installing the new version of System UI Plugin began to work inadequately, go to Settings – Applications – All applications – three dots at the top – Show all applications, where we select System UI Plugin (or System UI Plugin ) and click Remove updates.
