Xiaomi developers have noticeably revived and quite unexpectedly began releasing HyperOS 2 updates for Xiaomi, Redmi and Poco devices, which have so far been content with the first version of HyperOS.
Today we have already told you that HyperOS 2 began to receive Poco F5 (details), and a little later similar assemblies began to be sent to owners of Xiaomi 11 and Xiaomi 12.
To be more precise, we are talking about the following updates of HyperOS 2 for Xiaomi 11 and Xiaomi 12:
- OS2.0.1.0.UKBMIXM for Xiaomi 11 (on Android 14)
- OS2.0.1.0.VLCRUXM for Xiaomi 12 (on Android 15)
For Xiaomi 11, this is generally the first global HyperOS 2 firmware, and for Xiaomi 12, the first Russian update – MI, EU and other indexes for it came out earlier.
So far, only owners of Xiaomi 11 and Xiaomi 12 who have approved applications for participation in the Mi Pilot beta test have received these builds, but they will soon begin to be distributed “over the air” to all owners of these models.
