The list of Xiaomi smartphones with eSIM support in Russia has increased

Xiaomi and many other self-respecting smartphone companies almost necessarily have eSIM-enabled models in their portfolio.  At the same time, the current list of Xiaomi and Redmi devices with eSIM is steadily expanding and has recently been replenished with new brand devices.

To date, Xiaomi has officially guaranteed eSIM support in Russia for 13 models of its devices released under the Xiaomi and Redmi trademarks, while the Poco brand has not received such an honor:

The availability of the eSIM may depend on the country/region and the operator. Check with your carrier whether your mobile data plan supports eSIM.

Note that eSIM technology support is required not only from smartphones themselves, but also from mobile operators, but in the case of Russia, everything is fine with this issue and four key operators will ensure the full operation of eSIM for the above models.:

Recall that eSIM (embedded SIM) is an analog of a regular SIM card, which is soldered onto the motherboard at the production stage of a smartphone, although it has long been rumored that eSIM plans to integrate Qualcomm and MediaTek chipsets, which has not yet happened.
