Owners of the very popular Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G smartphone have finally started receiving the European HyperOS 2 update, which, like for a number of other “outdated” devices, according to Xiaomi, is based on the Android 14 operating system, and not on the current Android 15.

The European HyperOS 2 firmware for Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G was assigned the OS2.0.1.0.UKOEUXM number, as already mentioned, it is based on the Android 14 operating system, but so far it is distributed only among the participants of the Mi Pilot beta test.
A little later, if there are no major problems with the OS2.0.1.0.UKOEUXM build for Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G, all users of this model with global firmware with the EU index will start receiving it.
