Back in mid-June, information appeared that Xiaomi was preparing to premiere the compact tablet Redmi Pad SE 8.7, and now online sources have shared detailed information on the future new product of the Redmi brand.
According to sources, the Redmi Pad SE 8.7 was equipped with an 8.7-inch IPS display with a modest resolution of 1340 x 800 pixels, a MediaTek Helio G99 chip, 4 GB of RAM, 64/128 GB of flash memory, 8 MP and 5 MP rear and front cameras, a 4G modem, 4 speakers with Dolby Atmos support., as well as a 6650 mAh battery with 10-watt charging.
Out of the box, the upcoming Redmi Pad SE 8.7 will predictably run the proprietary HyperOS firmware based on the Android 14 operating system.
It is worth noting that these data are noticeably different from the information that was published in June, and we will find out what kind of hardware the Redmi Pad SE 8.7 actually received in a week – the official announcement of the tablet will take place on July 29.
