As a result, all smartphones and tablets released under the Xiaomi, Redmi and Poco brands eventually reach the EoL (End of Life or “end of life cycle”) stage, falling into the corresponding Xiaomi EoL List, which can be found on the official website at this link.
After transferring Xiaomi, Redmi and Poco devices to the sad EoL status, they completely stop receiving software updates – both HyperOS and Android, as well as security patches.
