Owners of some Xiaomi, Redmi and Poco smartphone models, who recently received the latest HyperOS 2 and HyperOS 2.1 updates, began complaining quite amicably that the ultra-energy saving mode stopped working on their device.

However, the panic can already be stopped – Xiaomi specialists who are responsible for the system software have already identified the problem and the upcoming updates for the affected Xiaomi, Redmi and Poco models will completely solve it.
In addition, the next HyperOS 2/2.1 firmware will fix the wallpaper bug after switching to landscape orientation, and as a bonus, they “improve background processes related to desktop management.”
