Back in mid-January, Xiaomi developers began to introduce new AI tools included in the Super XiaoAI package (details) into Chinese HyperOS 2 assemblies, and predictably, owners of Xiaomi global devices are increasingly interested in whether Super XiaoAI will appear outside of China.
Although it was initially assumed that the Super XiaoAI AI feature set would be exclusive to China, the page dedicated to the HyperOS 2 system confirms that Super XiaoAI will also be available worldwide under the name Xiaomi HyperAI.
What will Xiaomi HyperAI’s AI features offer?
Xiaomi’s Super XiaoAI package, which will be integrated into the proprietary HyperOS 2 firmware, includes a number of useful artificial intelligence-based features.:

- Speech Recognition by AI — automatic transcription of voice recordings and instant resume receipt.

- AI Subtitles & Interpreter — Real-time bilingual subtitles for calls, meetings, and videos.
- AI Calculator — enter the equal sign in the calculator to instantly get the result of the calculation.
- AI Gesture Responses — Add special effects using gestures during video calls, similar to Apple’s feature.
- TalkBack AI is a voice control based on the Gemini model.
