Xiaomi specialists responsible for the system software are gradually completing work on global HyperOS 2, moving on to creating HyperOS 2.1 and even HyperOS 2.2 builds, but various problems and bugs with HyperOS 2.0 Global do not cease to manifest themselves.
To be more precise, today the manufacturer shared the traditional “HyperOS Optimization Report”, in which the developers identified the most “popular” errors in the global HyperOS 2 firmware, which Xiaomi officially recognized.
Note that this report has expanded significantly compared to the previous one. Both by the number of bugs identified by users and by the number of affected models.
- Rapid discharge of the device’s battery associated with the fingerprint authentication process on the Redmi Note 13 5G and Poco X6 Neo 5G with OS2.0.2.0.VNQINXM firmware (withdrawn). The problem has been fixed.
- Unstable network signal on Xiaomi 15 running OS2.0.106.0.VOCMIXM and OS2.0.104.0.VOCMIXM assemblies. The problem is being analyzed.
- Automatic shutdown or restart of Redmi Watch 5 Lite with firmware V5.2.147, after which data is lost. The problem is being analyzed.
- The Camera app does not respond to Xiaomi 12 Pro with OS2.0.1.0.VLBMIXM firmware. The problem has been fixed.
- It is not possible to unlock Redmi Note 12S with OS2.0.2.0.VHZMIXM update using fingerprint. The problem will be fixed in the next HyperOS 2 firmware. Pay attention to the OTA update.
- The Poco M6 Pro and Redmi Note 13 Pro hang after the broadcast. Affected builds: OS2.0.2.0.VNFMIXM, OS2.0.4.0.VNFMIXM, OS2.0.1.0.VNFEUXM and OS2.0.1.0.VNFRUXM. The problem is being analyzed.
