Last week, users of a number of Xiaomi smartphones began to complain that after receiving the latest HyperOS 2 update, they began to experience problems with the Theme’s system application – it either did not respond or did not work correctly. And mostly such messages came from the owners of the Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G.
It should be noted that Xiaomi developers responded promptly enough to these complaints and made the necessary edits to the Themes application code. In the very near future, users of Xiaomi devices who encounter this problem will receive another HyperOS 2 update that closes this bug.
Xiaomi’s engineering team has successfully solved this critical issue in the latest version of the Themes app. The fix fixes the main compatibility issues that caused the application to malfunction on the specified version of HyperOS 2.
