Hello everyone, I want to share with you the results of the struggle with my smartphone, namely the problem of themes and fonts flying off, which is observed on many Xiaomi, Redmi and Poco devices.
On my Poco M4 Pro 4G, in the version with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of flash memory, the installed themes and fonts began to fly off in one day. Back then, it was running the MIUI firmware.
It has been done many times:
- Rebooting countless times
- Removing Theme Updates
- Removing Poco Launcher updates
- Disabling security
- And something else, I don’t remember anymore. It was all useless.
An update came with the new HyperOS system, I thought maybe the developers fixed it. But that was not the case, the problem remained as it was.
I’ve already looked at the general reset, but… I don’t know why, why, or what I was guided by, but I decided to do the following:
- I created a second space, password-protected it, and deleted it immediately.
The problem is gone! I waited a week to see the result and wrote this post. Maybe this information will be useful to someone. Good luck to all.
