One of the important issues that affect the purchase of Xiaomi, Redmi and Poco devices is the timing of its software support, and here you can refer to the AER list – a list of devices from the manufacturer that “meet the strict requirements of Google” and are recommended for corporate use, as well as have extended support.
AER (Android Enterprise Recommended) is an enterprise hardware and service provider certification provided by Google. Products with this mark comply with Google’s strict requirements for enterprise products in terms of software and hardware, and you can safely use them in your enterprise.
For example, the Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G smartphone, released with Android 13, will receive Android 14, Android 15 and Android 16 in the future, as well as operating system security fixes until January 2028.
