Xiaomi developers working on the system software are gradually completing the work on the global HyperOS 2 updates, actively releasing major HyperOS 2.2 firmware. However, various issues in HyperOS 2.0 Global still persist.
A few days ago, the traditional “HyperOS Optimization Report” was released, listing the current issues in the global HyperOS 2 firmware. These problems are being addressed by Xiaomi specialists and have been officially confirmed by the company.
New issues in the global HyperOS 2 include:
- System freezing during daily use and animation delays on the home screen of Redmi Note 14 with firmware OS2.0.201.0.VOGMIXM. This problem will be fixed in the upcoming update — to resolve it, update your device to the latest firmware version as soon as it becomes available.
- Slow Wi-Fi speeds (especially on the 5.7 GHz band) on Poco F7 running the Indonesian build OS2.0.101.0.VOLIDXM. The issue is under investigation, and active work is underway to fix it.

The issues in HyperOS 2 Global that will be fixed in upcoming updates include:
- Mi Video app not responding on Redmi A3
- Xiaomi 12 smartphone failing to charge up to 100%
- Translation issues with some phrases on Xiaomi 14T Pro
- NFC module not working on Xiaomi 15
- Poco X5 Pro 5G shutting down spontaneously
