It should be noted that this step is a rather drastic turn in the usual strategy of software updates for Xiaomi, Redmi and Poco devices – currently, the firmware is released approximately every two to three months.
This solution will help Xiaomi optimize its software update mechanism to ensure that users of Xiaomi, Redmi and Poco devices around the world receive updates on a more predictable schedule.
